Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our team, specializing in a wide range of construction, restoration, and carpentry projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in various trades, including framing, drywall, roofing, and finishing work. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects such as remodeling, restoration, and new construction sites, utilizing a broad skill set to deliver high-quality results. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction estimating and blueprint reading to accurately plan project tasks
• Execute framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finish carpentry including door hanging and cabinet installation
• Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Install roofing, siding, stucco, metal studs, and perform masonry work as required
• Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical or plumbing rough-ins
• Engage in restoration activities such as water damage remediation and mold removal
• Handle heavy lifting and assist with demolition or remodeling projects
• Apply caulking, plastering, painting, fixture installation, and other finishing tasks to meet project specifications
• Read schematics and blueprints to ensure precise execution of all tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and framing), roofing, masonry, or related trades
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
• Experience with restoration industry practices such as water damage remediation and mold remediation preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites or during renovation projects
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations in the construction industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience working on construction sites or in remodeling environments is highly desirable
• Valid driver’s license is preferred for site travel
