Day Air Credit Union is currently seeking qualified candidates for full-time Universal Member Service Representative 3. Assists in the operations of any of the branch offices, as needed. Responsible for presenting and explaining a number of credit union products and services to members and assisting them in utilization of these products. This person must communicate effectively through the telephone, via e-mail or in person with prospective and current members and represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner. An additional responsibility of an MSR III is to ensure the operations aspect of the branch is running effective and efficient in any absence of the Branch Manager.
