Daxor Corporation is seeking a driven professional with a clinical background (RN, NP, APP, or MD) and a passion for sales, relationship-building, and expanding the use of innovative diagnostics.
This is a high-impact, sales-driven position where you will manage and grow a portfolio of clinical accounts. The role is field-based and client-facing, so you’ll work closely with prescribers and care teams to drive adoption and growth of Daxor’s Blood Volume Analysis (BVA) technology in both hospital and outpatient settings.
- Candidates must be based in Minnesota and willing to travel frequently.
- Candidates outside this region will not be considered.
- Candidates without a clinical background will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clinical accounts, including hospitals and outpatient clinics.
- Build and expand relationships with prescribers and clinical stakeholders.
- Drive growth by increasing usage and expanding BVA into new specialties.
- Coordinate medical education programs and events for customers.
- Troubleshoot clinical workflow, reimbursement, and integration issues.
- Conduct clinical data reviews to support quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop a pipeline of new account opportunities and support contracting and onboarding efforts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer success.
Requirements
- Experience in the med-tech, laboratory diagnostics, or healthcare industry.
- Background in clinical account management, business development, or customer success.
- 5 years of clinical experience in healthcare settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Credentials as an RN, NP, APP, or MD
- This role requires candidates to be based in Minnesota.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a territory/region.
- Strong presentation, communication, and technical skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel extensively by car and occasionally by plane.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary commensurate with experience.
- Car allowance and travel expenses provided.
- Total Compensation (including performance-based incentives): $115,000 to $210,000 per year.
