Daxor Corporation is seeking a driven professional with a clinical background (RN, NP, APP, or MD) and a passion for sales, relationship-building, and expanding the use of innovative diagnostics.


This is a high-impact, sales-driven position where you will manage and grow a portfolio of clinical accounts. The role is field-based and client-facing, so you’ll work closely with prescribers and care teams to drive adoption and growth of Daxor’s Blood Volume Analysis (BVA) technology in both hospital and outpatient settings.


  • Candidates must be based in Minnesota and willing to travel frequently.
  • Candidates outside this region will not be considered.
  • Candidates without a clinical background will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of clinical accounts, including hospitals and outpatient clinics.
  • Build and expand relationships with prescribers and clinical stakeholders.
  • Drive growth by increasing usage and expanding BVA into new specialties.
  • Coordinate medical education programs and events for customers.
  • Troubleshoot clinical workflow, reimbursement, and integration issues.
  • Conduct clinical data reviews to support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop a pipeline of new account opportunities and support contracting and onboarding efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer success.


Requirements


  • Experience in the med-tech, laboratory diagnostics, or healthcare industry.
  • Background in clinical account management, business development, or customer success.
  • 5 years of clinical experience in healthcare settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Credentials as an RN, NP, APP, or MD
  • This role requires candidates to be based in Minnesota.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a territory/region.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and technical skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to travel extensively by car and occasionally by plane.


Compensation & Benefits


  • Base salary commensurate with experience.
  • Car allowance and travel expenses provided.
  • Total Compensation (including performance-based incentives): $115,000 to $210,000 per year.
