Job Description: Robot Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Robot Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time role, located in Philomath, OR.

Salary:

Full Time Non-Exempt Position: $19-$30/hour

Technician II: $19-$25/hour

Technician III: $24-$30/hour

Supplemental Pay: Per diem when travelling (if necessary)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to established procedures
• Cut, glue, and sand plastic and metal parts
• Use hand and power tools
• Read mechanical and electrical drawings
• Provide input into problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintain a safe work environment by reporting safety hazards and complying with all safety and quality policies
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals while also contributing to the overall team
• Ability to learn and understand complex technical information
• Familiar with Windows PCs
• Must be punctual and reliable

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
