- Inventory Management & Cost Control:
- Track, manage, and replenish inventory to reduce downtime and support job readiness.
- Source parts and equipment at the best prices while maintaining margins.
- Document purchases with proper purchase orders and department assignments.
- Operational Support:
- Coordinate timely delivery of parts to technicians and installers to reduce supply house trips.
- Sync restocking schedules with technician availability for seamless operations.
- Vendor & Warranty Coordination:
- Maintain consignment inventory through partnerships with supply houses.
- Process warranty claims for parts and labor to secure reimbursements.
- Warehouse Organization & Compliance:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Perform monthly inventory counts and report findings.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Screening: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in inventory control and warehouse management systems
- Experience handling HVAC or Electrical parts
- Industry experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical is a plus
- Physical Demands: Lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and operate tools in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
