Your New Role

As the Marketing Coordinator at Dawson's Electric & Air, you’ll drive our brand forward by crafting campaigns that speak directly to our ideal customer. You’ll dive into our target market, understand their needs, and use that insight to create aligned messaging across every platform—from social media and video to radio, TV, and our website. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and recruitment to help attract top talent and bring in customers who value what we do.This role is based in Fuquay Varina, NC and includes both in-office and remote flexibility.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Own and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with the team to define and understand the target customer
• Align brand messaging across web, social, video, radio, and television
• Manage job postings and support recruitment marketing efforts
• Help build a consistent, authentic brand voice that connects with our audience
• Track engagement, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns
• Ensure all marketing activities reflect our family-first, customer-driven culture

• Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, branding, or communications role
• Ability to learn fast, adapt quickly, and think like a customer
• Solid understanding of social media, website management, and digital strategy
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Comfortable using marketing software and tools (HubSpot, Canva, etc. a plus)
• Able to work onsite in Fuquay Varina, NC as needed
