Position: Full-Time Night Nurse (RN/LPN)

Job Summary:
Dawson Place is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Night Nurse to provide high-quality, elder-centered care in our long-term care community. The Night Nurse is responsible for monitoring resident health, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to elders in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
- Monitor and document elder conditions, reporting changes promptly
- Respond to elder needs, emergencies, and call lights during the night shift
- Maintain accurate medical records and shift reports
- Collaborate with nursing staff and communicate effectively during shift changes
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Schedule:
- Full-time, night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
