About The Role
This position is in-office only and combines customer service and inside sales, supporting customer needs and working with our outside sales team. The role focuses on quoting, order processing, and day-to-day customer account support in a B2B environment, working with both existing customers and incoming requests.
This is not a call center environment and does not involve cold calling or high-pressure sales. The pace is steady, with an emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and building strong customer relationships.
You will work directly with customers, vendors, and internal team members, making strong communication, organization, and attention to detail essential. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, responsive, willing to learn, and committed to seeing tasks through.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately using our ERP system
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional, helpful manner
- Track and manage orders and follow-through to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Provide product information, pricing, and help customers find the right products for their needs (training provided)
- Coordinate with outside Territory Sales Managers to support customer accounts
- Coordinate and communicate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment of orders
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing and availability
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm order status, receipt, and invoice accuracy
- Maintain organized and accurate records in Outlook, Excel, and internal systems
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience handling quotes, orders, and customer accounts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable managing multiple orders, accounts, and priorities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn and retain product and application knowledge
- Comfortable working in a role where accuracy and follow-through are critical
- Reliable, team-oriented, and interested in a long-term position
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial products is a plus
Compensation
$64,000 to $66,000 per year, based on experience
Full-time | Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
