Duties Include:
- Retrieve and process product orders within company timelines
- Locate and pull inventory needed to complete orders
- Assemble packaging and inserts
- Complete product certification cards
- Utilize inventory management system
- Securely package products for shipping
- Print and attach shipping and inventory labels
- Prepare regular shipping reports for manager
- Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them
- Process shipping insurance claims
- Report any issues to manager that interfere with completion of daily tasks
- Inspect and assemble finished products
- Store completed products in storage area by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating pallet jacks for large goods
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; communicating with manager
- Maintain the shipping area through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis
- General cleanup, including refilling supplies in bathroom and breakroom
- Assist with other tasks as needed
- Must be able to lift at least 20lbs
- Extended standing required
