What You’ll Be Doing :
- Manage and expand client relationships across Wisconsin, especially in Manufacturing and Engineering sectors
- Generate new business and identify growth opportunities in the region
- Represent and build Dawn Staffing's presence in the Wisconsin market.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
- Coach and support internal recruiters, ensuring successful candidate placements
- Create candidate pipelines tailored to client needs and industry trends
- Track recruitment activity and share insights with the internal team
- Suggest and implement improvements to streamline recruitment operations
What You Bring to the Table :
- 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry
- 2 year in account management or business development
- Knowledge of the Wisconsin job market, especially manufacturing/engineering sectors
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills: able to engage, assess, and connect with talent across levels
- A strategic mindset: results-focused, proactive, and driven to succeed
- Experience conducting client visits and building long-term partnerships
