Our manufacturing clients is looking to add skilled Maintenance Technician to support their plant operations in Findlay, OH location.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to reduce downtime
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation (CMMS preferred)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience troubleshooting PLC systems is a plus
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Basic welding, fabrication, and troubleshooting skills
