As the 3–11 PM RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight during the evening shift while supporting our nursing team and ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care.
Key responsibilities include:
QualificationsCurrent Rhode Island RN license in good standing.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Knowledge of medication administration, nursing procedures, and resident care standards.
Knowledge of federal and Rhode Island regulations related to long-term care, resident care, and resident rights.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively coach, support, and lead a nursing team.
