Qualifications
- Customer-focused individuals with strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
- Experienced in Barista tasks, including beverage preparation and operation of coffee-making equipment
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of Food Preparation and hygiene standards
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for coffee and customer service
- Prior experience in a similar role or food service industry is a plus
