Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Loader Operator that would work at our Dawkins On Site Portable.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Operates an articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage or processing areas, to feed conveyors, hoppers, and to load trucks:

Job Requirements:
Experience: 1 year of heavy equipment operation or demonstrated training. Must wear appropriate safety attire at all times (steel toed safety boots, hardhat, safety glasses, etc.)

Operates an articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage or processing areas, to feed conveyors, hoppers, and to load trucks:
The Wheel Loader Operator must be able to:
- Climb up or down 4 steps on infrequent basis per up to a 12-hour shift.
- Start engine, shifts gears, presses pedals, and turns steering wheel to operate loader.
- Moves levers to lower and tilt bucket and drives front-end loader forward to force bucket into bulk material.
- Move levers to raise and tilt bucket when filled. Move levers to dump material
- Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
Plant Production Duties Include:
- Maintain yard (shovel around belts), (keep property clean and free of debris).
- Manage block making area operation by pouring concrete and breaking down/assembling forms.
- Perform plant maintenance. E.g. (Grease rollers and pulleys).
