What You’ll Do:
- Be the Face of the Hotel Overnight Welcome late arrivals, assist guests, and ensure a smooth, friendly check-in/check-out experience.
- Handle Payments & Night Audit Support Process guest transactions accurately and assist with end-of-day balancing and reporting.
- Maintain a Safe & Secure Environment Monitor the property, ensure guest safety, and address any concerns calmly and professionally.
- Support Guests with Care Respond promptly to guest needs, questions, or issues during the overnight hours.
- Prepare for the Morning Team Set up the front desk and common areas so the day shift walks into a clean, organized space.
- Clean & Maintain the Property Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks during your shift, including front desk, lobby, and light housekeeping duties to keep the hotel fresh and guest-ready.
- Communicate & Report Document any incidents, maintenance issues, or guest concerns for management follow-up.
- Reliable and comfortable working overnight hours
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Calm, professional demeanor in all situations
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
