We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer to lead UX/UI and customer experience strategy across high-impact digital products. This role is both strategic and hands-on—shaping product vision, elevating design standards, and mentoring the next generation of designers. Responsibilities:Drive the UX/UI and CX design strategy for key digital products within the CX Suite.Translate user needs and business priorities into intuitive, high-performing digital experiences.Lead design vision, standards, experimentation, and innovation workstreams.Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Analytics, Business Product Owners) to build aligned product roadmaps.Present and evangelize UX/CX strategy with senior leaders and stakeholders.Define user needs, prioritize features, and set measurable experience KPIs.Oversee end-to-end design execution—from research through delivery.Mentor junior designers and cultivate a culture of design excellence.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in partnership with Legal, Privacy & Compliance teams.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, design, technology, or related field.10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in UX, product design, or experience design.Proven ability to lead full product lifecycle (vision → roadmap → execution → measurement).Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills.Experience working in agile environments.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive innovation.If interested, please send us your updated resume athr@dawarconsulting.com/akansha@dawarconsulting.com
