The Communications Operations Manager will manage day-to-day team operations, coordinate internal engagement activities, maintain calendars and communication channels, develop processes and documentation, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience supporting internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement teams.
- Experience coordinating internal events, town halls, leadership meetings, or employee engagement programs.
- Experience developing SOPs, templates, workflows, and process documentation.
- Experience with knowledge management and shared drive organization.
- Graphic design or presentation design experience is a plus.
