Finance Manager

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  
• Provide financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions.
  
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting.
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, particularly in the fin-tech and e-payment sectors.
  
• Identify and manage financial risks associated with business operations, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.
  
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance.
  
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial partners to secure funding and investment opportunities.
  
• Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  
• Establish clear financial performance metrics and drive accountability across the organization.
  
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and tools that enhance reporting and analysis.
  
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data across all platforms.
  
• Present financial reports and insights to the executive team and board of directors.
  
• Communicate financial performance and strategy to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 5 years of experience in financial management.
  
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements specific to fin-tech.
  
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and risk management.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  
• Nationality: Moroccan nationality is a 1st priority but not a must.
