Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, manage store entry, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide top-notch customer service, assisting with product selection and education.
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment using Guard Card skills.
- Support inventory tasks and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Collaborate with a small team to cover shifts and adapt to scheduling needs.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- 1 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Guard Card required or must be willing to get one upon hiring (security training and certification).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays (up to 25 hours per week).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about cannabis products.
