They’re now hiring an HVAC Inside Sales Representative to help drive continued growth and maintain their high-quality service to customers within a ~50-mile radius of North Texas.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Inside Sales Representative position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC sales experience, ideally in both residential and light commercial environments
- Consult with customers to assess HVAC needs, both over the phone and through local site visits
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ability to do equipment match-ups
- Prepare quotes using Field Edge, Manual J calculations, and Conduit Tech (LiDAR scanning)
- Follow up on quotes and leads to close sales and build lasting relationships
- Comfortable visiting commercial locations for business development and lead generation
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system, tracking pipeline, quotes, and client communications
- Coordinate with installation and support teams for smooth project execution
Salary: $30,000 - $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
