Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Sales Specialist position include:
- Bachelor’s degree required; HVAC technical degree may also be considered
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial heating sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of commercial boiler room systems and industry suppliers
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Western PA and WV
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to engineers and clients
- Build relationships with manufacturers, contractors, and consulting engineers
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for large-scale equipment sales
- Represent the company at trade shows, vendor trainings, and industry events
Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
