This Structural Engineer opportunity is based in Little Rock, Fayetteville, Fort Smith, or Van Buren, AR (remote may be considered for exceptional candidates), and it offers immediate growth in an employee-owned environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer PE position include:
- 4 years of relevant structural engineering experience (PE required; 8-10 years preferred).
- Professional Engineer license required; candidates eligible for Arkansas reciprocity will be considered.
- Strong reinforced concrete design experience required, with water-containing structures strongly preferred.
- Perform structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete infrastructure including tanks, pump stations, treatment facilities, foundations, and retaining structures.
- Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and other structural design documents.
- Apply relevant standards, including ACI 350, ACI 318, IBC, and ASCE 7.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, contractors, and clients; communicate technical information clearly.
- Support construction-phase services, respond to field questions, and participate in occasional client meetings and site travel.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
