- Oversee land development projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget control.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to engineers and technical staff, fostering growth and high-performance standards.
- Manage and expand a client portfolio with strong business development skills to win work and grow relationships.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and public officials to drive project success.
- Assist with budgeting, market forecasting, and strategic planning to align with regional and company goals.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; comfortable making changes in a lean environment while primarily overseeing others’ work.
