Qualifications and responsibilities for this Process Engineer Manager position include:
- 5–10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing with proven leadership experience
- Expertise in process troubleshooting and ownership of assigned sections within a production facility
- Prior experience working with hazardous chemicals and knowledge of PSM (Process Safety Management) strongly preferred
- Hands-on leadership style, capable of mentoring and developing early-career engineers
- Responsible for day-to-day equipment troubleshooting, productivity monitoring, and yield optimization
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operational excellence across assigned production areas
- Support and maintain ISO 9001:2015 certifications and collaborate closely with quality, maintenance, and operations teams
- Experience or familiarity with DCS systems like Honeywell, Siemens, or Rockwell preferred
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
