Qualifications and responsibilities for this Hardscape Construction Supervisor position include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in custom masonry or stone decking, especially on high-end residential projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise crews and coordinate subcontractors
- Oversee daily construction activities, site inspections, scheduling, and quality control
- Ability to read blueprints and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Manage project budgets and material deliveries efficiently
- Willingness to occasionally handle minor tasks directly if needed
- Comfortable commuting daily within the Charlotte area
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
