Estimator / Project Manager

This Estimator / Project Manager opportunity blends hands-on Job Order Contracting estimating with occasional project leadership, offering strong stability and a flexible schedule in an office-first role.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator / Project Manager position include:

• 2–3 years of direct Job Order Contracting (JOC) estimating experience, including hands-on preparation of JOC estimates
• Estimate municipal/public-sector projects, typically managing multiple opportunities (about 3–4 estimates at a time)
• Review project scopes, drawings, specifications, and construction requirements to produce competitive pricing
• Coordinate with municipal clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and support estimate development
• Evaluate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs in accordance with JOC requirements
• Occasionally oversee smaller construction projects (approximately $400K range) including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Maintain accurate estimating documentation and communicate effectively with leadership and project stakeholders

Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: Annual performance bonus, $500/month gas reimbursement, health benefits (medical/dental/vision), 401(k) match, 2 weeks paid vacation and 5 paid sick/personal days to start, with PTO increasing with tenure.
