Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Sales Specialist position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; HVAC technical degree may also be considered
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial heating sales or related field
  • Strong knowledge of commercial boiler room systems and industry suppliers
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Western PA and WV
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to engineers and clients
  • Build relationships with manufacturers, contractors, and consulting engineers
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for large-scale equipment sales
  • Represent the company at trade shows, vendor trainings, and industry events


Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.


Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including paid time off (4-6 weeks negotiable), healthcare insurance reimbursement, company car, expense account, laptop and cell phone, and potential yearly bonuses.
