The Salary Range for the role is $129,000.00 - $205,000.00/year.

The Sr. Director of Planning/ Quality/Risk is a strategic leadership role responsible for integrating enterprise planning, quality assurance, and risk assessment into a unified operating framework. This role drives operational excellence, ensures compliance, and enables data-driven decision-making to support long term business goals.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning Execution – Lead enterprise-wide planning processes. Drive forecast accuracy
- Quality Assurance – Establish and oversee QMS. Ensure compliance. Set and monitor KPIs.
- Risk Assessments and Supplier Relationship Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and supply risks
- Operational Excellence – Drive cross-functional improvements, champion a culture of continuous improvement.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Build and lead high performance teams. Serve as a key advisor to the PRISM Leadership team. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in all associated categories or similar
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of planning processes (S&OP, S&OE, PLM, etc)
- Expertise in quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk
- Financial acumen
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- Data driven mindset and experience using data analytics and reporting tools
- 20-25% travel expected
