The Sr Analyst – Clinical Transformation will work on a team that is focused on improving clinical outcomes for DaVita patients. This position requires a collaborative problem-solver who can work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, develop and implement solutions, and manage projects with high attention to detail.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Builds a deep, real-world understanding of chronic kidney disease and dialysis processes to improve our current model of care and innovate for the future.
• Analyzes and manipulates large datasets to derive meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Communicates complex ideas and analytical insights effectively to diverse audiences at every level.
• Identifies current operational/clinical gaps and recommends solutions, ultimately partnering in the development, implementation, management, and optimization of new or existing processes and tools.
• Builds collaborative relationships built on trust and follow-through, and works well cross-functionally with internal partners and clinical teammates.
• Plans and executes responsible work streams by proactively managing project plans and roadblocks, all while maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Education, Training, Or Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, or healthcare is required
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office products (PPT, Excel, Word) required
• Prior experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• Travel up to 10%

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00/year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour

Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
