DaVita is looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) to support our patients and their families at our Dialysis Clinics in the greater Fargo, ND area!

Here is what you can expect when you join our Village as a Social Worker (MSW):

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
• Full time status - 40 hours
• Home clinic will be Fargo Dialysis Clinic with temporary coverage over Grand Forks and Cass Lake. Once temporary coverage ends you will still obtain 40 hours through other clinics within the region.

Requirements

• Licensed or registered in the state of practice as required by state regulations -- LMSW or LCSW
• Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting including LICSW or LGSW licensure.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
