You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with our professional team of clinicians, and use your critical thinking skills to solve problems and support patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Hours: M/W/F 4:00am - 6:30pm, T/Th/S 4:00am - 3:00pm
- 10-12 hour shifts, must be available to work any hours within these ranges - schedule can vary dependent upon patient census
- This Clinic has 16 chairs with 1 RN and 4 dialysis techs on M/W/F and 1 RN and 2-3 dialysis techs on T/Th/S
- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
- Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
- Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
- Work as part of a small and supportive care team
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
- A Minimum of 1 year licensed with experience in a clinical setting (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
- CNN certification a plus
- We are looking for someone that is very confident in their abilities as a nurse, very adaptable, has great leadership skills, time management, able to take and give redirection if/when needed, not afraid to speak up and communicate, critical thinker.
