Requirements
- 12 months RN experience, including 6 months Dialysis Experience with patient interaction in the last year
- Current RN license and CPR certification
- Charge RN readiness approval required
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- Consistent, predictable schedules (typically 3 to 4 days/week) that include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays
- Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
- Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
- Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
- Build long-term relationships with patients and families
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
