DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple Dialysis units located at Skilled Nursing Facilities within a designated market (Phoenix and Tucson AZ). They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

- Associates Degree required, Bachelor`s degree preferred
- Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; multi-site and/or managed care experience preferred
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- Experience with building relationships with key stakeholders, managing budget/PnL, staffing and overseeing clinical metrics/patient outcomes
