The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

- Associates Degree; Bachelor`s degree preferred
- Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; managed care and multi-site experience strongly preferred
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- Experience with managing staffing, budget/PnL, direct people management of frontline Teammates, building relationships with various stakeholders.
- Local travel as needed
