Patient Care Technician (Acutes)

DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a full-time Patient Care Technician for an on-site role located in Tucson, AZ. The Patient Care Technician will deliver hands-on patient care during dialysis treatments, including monitoring vital signs, preparing medical equipment, and supporting patient needs during their sessions. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams, adherence to safety protocols, and providing compassionate support to patients undergoing treatment.

• Experience with Patient Care and Direct Patient Care
• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and familiarity with medicine-related practices
• Ability to effectively take and monitor Vital Signs
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care
• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Patient Care Technician training program is preferred
• Basic computer skills and an ability to follow clinical protocols
• Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
