Responsibilities Include

• Lead highly interdisciplinary team to create transformative solutions to some of the Village’s biggest challenges
• Apply design thinking approaches to create new solutions
• Lead a full project lifecycle through research, data analytics, discovery, prototyping and piloting
• Manage a portfolio of topics, bringing business judgement to what is moved forward at each stage of the innovation process
• Creating a culture that is open, respectful, collaborative, driven and focused on impact

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced candidate with a minimum of 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in a design, innovation, strategy, product, or an analytical environment.

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00/year.
