Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity in the HVAC field? Davison Heating and Cooling is looking to build an industry leading team with talented Lead Installers.
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 /hour
$2500 Sign-On Bonus
(Hourly Uncapped Commission)

What You Will Do:
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Properly connect equipment
- Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
What You Will Bring:
- 2-5 years of LEAD HVAC Install experience (required)
- Ability to communicate and present to customers
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid drivers’ license
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors
