- Must be qualified and certified in the State of Michigan and possess the necessary educational background and certification for the position as determined by the district; NT endorsement (Guidance and Counseling) preferred.
- Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling.
- Demonstrate mental/physical ability and stamina for meeting the requirements of the position.
- Be willing to lead restorative practice initiatives.
- Be willing to participate in 504/IEP meetings.
- Be willing to conduct state and federal student testing.
- Be willing to participate in and support student and school activities outside of the scheduled school day.
