As a Client Associate within our financial services practice, you play a critical role in supporting financial advisors and helping ensure clients receive excellent service. This role serves as the backbone of the practice, bridging the gap between the financial advisor and their clients by managing administrative tasks, client communications, and operational processes. The team will depend on you to help maintain client relationships by addressing service-related inquiries, processing account transactions, and assisting with meeting preparation.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Financial Advisors (FA) in collection and distribution of client investment plans.
- Compile and send client review meeting packets and referral meeting packets.
- Assist in meeting scheduling, reminders, gather and input clients’ outside financial data as needed.
- Prepare, send, follow up and process forms and other operational functions as requested by FA(s) and/or clients.
- Provide service to clients via phone, email, written correspondence including but not limited to incoming calls/emails, questions regarding statements, online enrollment assistance, general account activity etc.
- Enter security order tickets after being approved by the FA(s) if registered.
- Provide marketing assistance as needed including, coordinating with marketing vendor(s), website operations, client mail/email and client events.
- Catalog and submit vendor invoices as requested.
- Take client meeting notes as requested by FA(s).
- May perform various administrative functions as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent communication with the team via conference/Zoom calls, phone, email etc.
- Positive attitude, willingness to engage in various business projects and initiatives.
- Ability to assist and train new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration in a related field or equivalent experience is desired.
- Team player, eager to collaborate with others.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; process orientated.
- Strong written and verbal communication and grammatical skills.
- Ability to navigate client concerns, report complaints as appropriate to FA(s) and compliance officer.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize individual workload responsibilities.
- Ability to work with strict confidentiality requirements, as well as utilize good judgment in the preparation and distribution of confidential information.
