We are currently hiring experienced Tree Climbers, Aerial Lift Operators, and Bucket Truck Operators who are looking for steady work, competitive pay, and a professional, team-oriented environment. ISA CERTIFIED ARBORIST - for definite plus climbers
The Role
In this position, you will perform tree pruning, removals, rigging, and hazard tree work using modern equipment and safe, industry-approved practices.
We operate efficiently with aerial lifts, bucket trucks, and professional climbing systems to improve safety, reduce physical strain, and increase productivity.
Experienced climbers with limited lift or bucket truck experience are encouraged to apply—we provide training. As your skills, knowledge, and responsibilities grow, so will your pay and advancement opportunities.

Requirements
- Professional tree climbing experience required
- Aerial lift or bucket truck experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- driving record
- CDL is a plus
- Strong skills in climbing, rigging, pruning, and tree removal
- Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
- Ability to follow ANSI Z133 safety standards and company procedures
