Automotive Service Writer & Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Help with daily operations of the shop, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.

-Develop a customer base in the Taft, AL area.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase shop revenue and profitability.
- Help supervise and train shop staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Help develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote the shop and attract new customers.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely using a point-of-sale (POS) system.

-Help pick-up and drop off-customers at their home or business (MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD).

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tire retail or repair shop as a service writer is required.
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to drive sales growth.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.
