Davis Strategic Innovations (DSI) is seeking Software Test & Integration Engineers to support the integration, verification, and testing of complex mission-critical defense software systems.
This position will work across software and systems engineering teams to integrate system components, develop and execute testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and support automated test activities within a secure engineering environment.

Davis Strategic Innovations (DSI) is seeking Software Test & Integration Engineers to support the integration, verification, and testing of complex mission-critical defense software systems.
This position will work across software and systems engineering teams to integrate system components, develop and execute testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and support automated test activities within a secure engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform software testing and integration of complex system components.
- Develop, maintain, and execute software test plans and procedures.
- Support systems integration within integrated test environments.
- Support requirements development, verification, and collaboration.
- Develop and utilize Python and other automation scripts for testing and analysis.
- Work with software developed in languages such as C , Python, Ada, and Java.
- Utilize Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins, and related development and configuration-management tools.
- Support version control, repository management, and data/configuration management.
- Perform automated testing within an Agile development environment.
- Troubleshoot software and integration issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and analyze system and software log data.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to acquire and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a software tester and/or integrator, including experience with test plans, procedures, or test execution.
- Understanding of systems integration within an integrated test environment.
- Knowledge of requirements development and collaboration.
- Experience with object-oriented development languages such as C , Python, Ada, Java, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of Python and automation scripting.
- Familiarity with configuration-management and development tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, and Jenkins.
- Experience with version control and repository management.
- Experience with Agile development and automated testing tools.
- Ability to support a full-time onsite, closed-area work environment.
- Current Active Top Secret clearance.
- Understanding of containerized virtual environments.
- Familiarity with Linux, Bash, SQL, and MATLAB.
- Eggplant test-automation experience.
- Experience performing root-cause analysis and analyzing large data log files.
