Davis, Place, an independently owned nursing home in Danielson, CT is currently looking for Therapeutic Recreation Director to join their dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Must have a Therapeutic Recreation Director certification
- Great personality and upbeat positive attitude.
- Capable of leading large and small group activities in a positive manner.
- Able to multi-task and accommodate department demands.
- Creativity and flexibility a plus while engaging residents to provide positive interactions.
- Is familiar with MDS, initial assessments and progress notes; maintaining documentation as required by State and Federal regulations.
- Transport residents who need assistance to and from activities.
Schedule:
- Full time positions
- Day shift / Evening shift
- Every other weekend
- Some Holidays required
Qualifications:
- TRD certificate
