Davis Marketing & Consulting is hiring a Marketing Assistant to help create, manage, and publish high-performing content for our clients.
We embrace a GaryVee-style marketing approach focused on documenting, creating at volume, moving quickly, understanding platform culture, and turning everyday business activity into engaging content.
Responsibilities
- Film, edit, and publish short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and other platforms.
- Help manage client social media accounts and content calendars.
- Write captions, posts, and promotional copy.
- Attend client businesses and events to capture content.
- Identify trends, content opportunities, and new ideas.
- Assist with basic graphic design, websites, Google Business Profiles, and digital marketing.
- Organize client content and marketing assets.
What We’re Looking For
- Creative, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong understanding of social media and current trends.
- Comfortable filming and editing video.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work professionally with clients.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools is a plus.
- A demonstrated ability to create content that performs well and generates strong views, engagement, or growth is a major plus.
- Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.
