About the Role
Davis LGX, Inc. is a FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider (ISP) based in Pittsburg, KS. We are hiring full-time delivery drivers for daily route work delivering FedEx Ground packages throughout Northeast Oklahoma. Compensation
- $160–$180 per day based on experience
- Weekly direct deposit — every Friday
- Drivers with active FedEx Ground driving experience currently in the FedEx system may qualify for the top of the pay range
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday routes available (Sunday off 1 rotating day off per week)
- Dispatch from our terminal in Pittsburg, KS
- Delivery area: Northeast Oklahoma
- Typical shift: depart by 10:45 AM, return by 7–8 PM
What You’ll Do
- Deliver FedEx Ground packages along an assigned daily route
- Scan packages using the GroundCloud app
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) daily
- Provide professional, courteous service at every customer’s door
- Follow all DOT and FedEx Ground safety standards
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred (but not required)
- Prior FedEx Ground delivery experience
- Currently active in the FedEx driver system
- Familiarity with GroundCloud or similar route management apps
