We’re looking for an experienced, dependable Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our team. This role is ideal for a mid-career professional who enjoys being organized, keeping things moving, and interacting with clients in a calm, professional manner.

Recently, we have worked to update our systems and processes to utilize technology and automation, without losing the personalized services our clients deserve. This role will be integral in embracing that momentum as we continue to evolve into the future.
You do not need a background in the legal industry for this role. If you have skills in communication, business, finance, technology, or another professional background, we want you! Our ideal candidate is a Type A hustler who gets things done promptly and correctly.

Key responsibilities include:
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records with a high level of accuracy
- Track tasks and deadlines to ensure work progresses smoothly
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and organization
Client Services & Communication
- Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for clients
- Communicate clearly and thoughtfully, often around sensitive matters
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle information with care
Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare materials and ensure meetings run smoothly and efficiently
- Help keep priorities organized and aligned across the team
Office Support
- Participate in a highly collaborative, fast-paced office environment
- Assist with general office coordination and organization
- Support team members with administrative needs and special projects
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Several years of experience in an administrative or professional office role
- Strong writing skills necessary for client communications and estate plan drafting
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- A reliable, self-directed team member who follows through consistently
- Professional, steady presence in a small team environment
Schedule & Benefits
- Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (we have long weekends year-round!)
