Requires: High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of increasingly responsible experience performing in areas such as irrigation system installation and maintenance. A thorough knowledge of the following: (1) skill with general construction tools, equipment, and vehicles; (2) medium to heavy operation of equipment such as back hoes or trenchers; (3) knowledge of sprinkler systems; requires a thorough knowledge of irrigation system design, operations and maintenance, including the machinery and equipment used in installation, maintenance and operation of irrigation systems (electrical, manual and computerized systems); requires communication skills to project a positive image, to discuss and provide technical information, and to carry out routine communications encountered in the position. Your offer of employment is conditional on your measured abilities to meet or exceed all of the established physical testing standards.
