Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. Duties
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities.
- Assist with project coordination to support company initiatives and tasks.
- Perform data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks including document transcription and proofreading.
- Handle basic office management duties such as filing, organizing supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Provide executive administrative support including travel arrangements, expense reports, and personal assistant tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing exceptional customer service to internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an executive administrative or personal assistant role with strong office management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong typing skills along with experience in data entry, transcription, proofreading, and filing.
- Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly with professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
