Job Summary

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly, from front desk operations to guest services, while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Duties
- Supervise and manage all hotel staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork across departments.
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and night audit procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage hotel budgets, financial reports, and inventory control to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with human resources for staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the hotel premises.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Foster relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and positive reviews.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the hotel industry.
- Strong background in customer service with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to accommodate diverse guests.
- Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and reservation systems is required.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for effective guest interactions.
