What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in residential homes- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups- Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components- Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and safety standards- Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and solutions- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician- Strong diagnostic and repair skills in residential HVAC systems- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment- Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 years old per company policy)
